I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Orfalea College of Business, Cal Poly. I am also a research affiliate of the Urban Economics Lab at the MIT Center for Real Estate. My research interests include housing and real estate finance, urban-spatial economics, international trade, empirical corporate finance, and applied microeconomics.
